The Pioneer Breed is an exciting new broiler, bred to live more of it’s life outside instead of in a confinement house. Bred to be hardier in the heat and cold.
Color sexable, so you can more easily grab the males for one processing session, and the females for the next, leading to more consistent weight distribution.
A little slower growing (expect 10ish weeks), and less breast to everything else ratio when compared to a Cornish.
