    I just picked up our second batch of 40 chicks (received 2 extra), as we’ve only got a few of last year’s left in the freezer. The chicks are settling in and getting familiar with the brooder before moving to the pasture in a few weeks. We were so pleased with the speed at which last year’s birds reached maturity and the flavor can’t be beat. Switching to Tony’s non-soy based feeds this time around instead of the checkerboard branded feed.

    We’re so thankful to have Windy Meadows as our local hatchery. Keep up the good work, we highly recommend your operation!
